Senate Judiciary Committee to hold Public Hearing on Legislation Increasing Penalties for Illegal Possession of a Firearm

On Thursday, August 16th, at 10:00 a.m., at the Montgomery Township Municipal Building, the Pennsylvania Senate Judiciary Committee will hold a public hearing to receive testimony concerning HB 2331 introduced by State Rep. Todd Stephens.  The legislation will increase penalties for the illegal possession of a firearm.
